Professional Advertising , Commercial , Roomset , Travel and Fashion Photographer based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Eric Murphy Photographers are based in a 3000 sq ft fully equipped digital studio in the heart of Newcastle’s “creative centre”, the Ouseburn. We shoot on Hassleblad H3 d39 digital backs and state of the art electronic flash, and the studio boasts a large purpose built infinity curve.
We are a small Award winning company with 3 full time staff, who are dedicated and enjoy a challenge. We shoot for our clients both on location or in the studio, in the UK or abroad.
We have over 20 years experience in advertising, commercial and fashion photography and our clients range from international Blue Chip companies to local clients.
THE STUDIO FACILITIES
Eric Murphy Photographers , home of Newcastles Largest film and Photography Hire Studio, Bananastudio, The “Holborn Studios” of the North. The studio is staffed full time by a Professional Photographer ,an assistant and an in house runner/Stylist The only permanent Infinity cove in the city with over 3000 sq ft shooting area.

EQUIPMENT
We shoot on Hassleblad H3 d39 Digital backs and Nikon 35mm digital . Using Hassleblad bodies and Carl Zeiss lenses to ensure the best results available on the market today.
File sizes up to 100 Meg.
COMPANY STATUS
VAT registered Ltd Company , registered with companies house , with full public liability insurance.

PROJECTS
Hair / Beauty project
Our photography has recently been placed in the top 12 in the UK for American Hair products company Matrix from over 2000 entries. We have also recently been selected as runners up in a competition which was judged by Hairdressing guru Vidal Sassoon.
We have also finished in the top 3 for Male grooming products American Crew and in the London finals for L’Oreal Id Artists.

We have also just upgraded our camera system to Hassleblad D39 , which captures file sizes of over 100 meg to ensure optimum quality for our clients.
Fashion Workshop
Fashion Workshop by me at Ministacres Northumberland. I hosted 10 photographers and 4 models and make up artists on a practical workshop. The day was a fantastic success and I will be adding more workshops to my studio website at www.bananastudio.weebly.com
